New York - Loin des lumières étincelantes de Times Square, la ville qui ne dort jamais embarque facilement les âmes de ses habitants dans des quartiers sombres, remplissant leur vie de difficultés, de noirceurs et de dangers. Les criminels mènent bon train, les trafics en tout genre ont la belle vie, mais depuis quelque temps, des dissidences, des trahisons ou de simples malentendus mettent le feu aux poudres. Jusqu'à maintenant, les gangs et cartels ne se marchaient pas sur les pieds, chacun restant dans son domaine de prédilection, mais lorsque le business est en jeu, les alliances peuvent facilement voler en éclats. Les anciens partenaires se tournent le dos, ceux qui, auparavant, se déchiraient peuvent trouver des atomes crochus et des intérêts communs. Qui tirera son épingle du jeu ? --plus ?
